Makin tua, makin berkurang pula elastisitas kulit hingga mengendur dan turun, lemak dan daging ekstra mulai tumbuh di bawah dagu, otot-otot di sekitar bibir dan rahang tak lagi kuat dan kencang hingga menimbulkan garis-garis dan lemak tambahan di sekitar wajah.

Tak heran, bila salah satu impian terbesar manusia terutama para wanita adalah menghentikan berjalannya waktu agar selalu awet muda. Karena, sulit bagi kita untuk dengan lapang hati menerima kerut-kerut di tubuh dan wajah, karena kerut-kerut ini menandakan hilangnya masa muda. Memang sebagian orang tidak perduli atas proses penuaan dan percaya pada pepatah ‘tua itu emas’. Tapi banyak yang berusaha mencari jalan mempertahankan kemudaan, kecantikan dan ketampanan yang diinginkan dan memperlambat penuaan.

Satu cara yang paling kerap dilakukan untuk membuat kulit wajah tetap kencang dan kelihatan muda adalah dengan face lift. Teknik pengencangan wajah ini biasanya diterapkan untuk area sekitar wajah, leher, kantung mata, perut, payudara. Metode modern ini tidak menimbulkan rasa sakit dan merupakan solusi tercepat untuk mengencangan kulit.

Prosedur pengencangan dan pengangkatan kulit disebut komplit bila meliputi proses mengencangkan kulit wajah, menaikkan alis, menghapus keriput dan mengencangkan payudara serta bokong. Rangkaian prosedur ini akan membawa hasil lebih baik jika digabungkan dengan liposuction yang akan memberikan garis tubuh langsing dan tidak kendur.

Liposuction merupakan perawatan operasi tubuh paling ternama yang memberikan bentuk tubuh lebih baik dengan cara menyingkirkan tumpukan lemak tubuh yang berada di antara kulit dan otot. Tumpukan lemak ini dihancurkan terlebih dulu kemudian disedot keluar dari tubuh.

Prosedur yang biasa dilakukan ahli bedah plastik ini tidaklah rumit. Tidak ada memar pascaoperasi. Tidak ada pembengkakan bahkan Anda bisa dengan cepat kembali beraktivitas seperti biasanya. Hal itu justru membantu mempercepat proses penghancuran dan pencairan lemak sehingga hasilnya mulus dan rata.

Ada dua prosedur permanen yang dapat Anda pilih, liposuction yakni penyedotan lemak dalam tubuh dan pengencangan kulit wajah dan tubuh. Prosedur kedua ini, kulit Anda akan diremajakan kembali sehingga lebih segar dan kencang. Meski begitu, beberapa orang berpendapat liposuction bukan merupakan satu-satunya cara untuk menghilangkan berat badan berlebih, karena langkah ini bisa dilakukan dengan olah raga teratur dan diet yang tepat.

Namun, meski kita tetap rajin menggunakan pelembab dan body lotion kulit, menghindari makanan berminyak dan istirahat yang cukup, proses penuaan tidak dapat dihindari. What is Feng Shui?

My own definition of Feng Shui has changed many times since I studied Feng Shui Astrology in 1977 to Landscape Feng Shui in 1990 and finally to Authentic Chinese Compass Feng Shui in the past 4 years. My current definition of Feng Shui is "being in the right place at the right time".

The reason I have come up with this recent definition is that it is clear that we live in a changing world and the "time" element of Feng Shui reveals that areas of our landscape, our home, our office and even a small sector of our kitchen could be very active - either positively or negatively in one year and less so in another.

Being able to read the landscape and assess the interior of a building using many different formulae is a skill in itself. The purpose of Feng Shui is to assess and survey accurately the strengths and weaknesses of any property and then make recommendations that are both practical and beneficial to either strengthen, harmonise or protect the property for you at this time.
